10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
